Blackhorn 209 can be compared to other powders like premium gas is to regular. You can use less of it by VOLUME to get the same results.

I've had bad results with the sticks and positive results with the loose powder. If you use the Shocky or American Pioneer always use the loose powder for best results. I use the regular loose powder and it shots very well out of my omega. I asked a few guys and they say the regular loose powder (american pionner) shoots just as well as the gold.
